Sacramento Walk to End Alzheimer's

We were able to attend the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's in Sacramento this year.  It was a huge event!  They had over 2,000+ people there.  It was at the Capital in downtown Sacramento and was a fun event.  My work had a team there and about 25 of us walked with thousands of other people.  It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

it's beginning to look a lot like christmas......

don't you just love this time of year?  we sure do!  the christmas shopping is pretty much done, we have 2 little trees in our casa and love seeing the lights and decorations up everywhere we go!  turner loves the lights and all of the decor too.  his little face just lights up! 

we were supposed to get some snow last night, but it just barely frosted everything, the weatherman lied!  ha!  maybe before christmas we will get some snow down here in denver.  at least the mountains are getting dumped on.

turner took his first steps today.  apparently he felt like walking today, maybe because it is the weekend, ha!  so awesome!!
