fall running

i love running in the fall.  the air is cool and crisp and i seem to be able to run that much longer.  turner and i went out after work yesterday and got 4.5 miles in.  not bad considering i haven't been running in almost 10 days!  the leaves are changing colors in our neighborhood and they look amazing! 

it makes me miss the tree lined streets back home in the sugarhouse area.  they are huge and drop so many leaves.  at least we don't have to rake them this year. 

so here's to the fall and fresh crisp air.  go out and enjoy it too!
