Thanksgiving Day Trail Run

On Thanksgiving day the dads headed out the door at 6:30 am and made it up to Auburn just before the sun came up for a trail run.  We ran up to Lake Clementine and then over to Calcutta Falls, and the drove up to the Foresthill Bridge and ran across it as well.  The views were amazing and we were able to almost get 7 miles in before the big turkey day!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year!  We hosted at our house with my sister and her family from the bay area and my old mission buddy/roommate Brandon and his family.  We had a great feast that day and also enjoyed some football, a great trail run, trips to the park and some drone flying.  What a great day we had with family and friends!

More Weekend Pics

We got new lights in our house, and they make such a difference.
The kiddos pulled out their elves from Grandma Mary and are thrilled to have them again this year.
We made a few trips to different parks, played in the backyard and on the trampoline a lot and are soaking up all the outdoor fun before it rains this week!

Weekend Summary

This weekend we watched some NBA and NFL games, finished up soccer practices and soccer games for the season, Darla changed her outfit about 9 times each day and Dean got ahold of the wipes in  his crib and had a great time with them, ha!  Another fun weekend has passed us by.

Halloween 2019

We had a great Halloween! We stared the night out with dinner at a friends house and then the kids spent the next couple of hours trick or treating with friends and collecting candy. They even got to go through a couple haunted houses!  What a fun night.
