San Juan Island

We had the best time over Labor Day exploring the San Juan Island!!  We went with the Ripp family and had a blast.  There was so much to see and so much to do.  The views were absolutely amazing! 
We caught the ferry bright and early in the morning and the kiddos loved riding on it.  They ran up and down every level of the ferry.  They loved looking at all of the boats, islands, birds and we even saw some seals! 
We spent the entire day on San Juan Island.  We explored Roche Harbor, Mitchell Bay, went whale watching in the Lime Klin State Park, explored the rest of the island, enjoyed the Friday Harbor shops and restaurants and the Whale Museum.  It was an awesome day!!  I am sure we will be back to explore some of the other islands too.  What a beautiful part of Washington!
