Mt. Hood 50k

Last weekend I flew to Portland to run my first 50k!  The actual race was cancelled, but me and 3 buddies still ran the course and it was amazing!!  We ran 32 miles in 6 hours!  Because the trails have been closed there were hundreds of trees all over the trail that we had to climb over.  It was intense and crazy and fun I would do it all over again!  What a great feeling to run that many miles in the mountains!

Rogue Marathon

I finally ran another marathon and it felt great! I met up with Logan in Medford, OR this past weekend and we ran the Rogue Marathon.  It was a great course and I ended up finishing at 3:41!  I was pretty pleased with my time and I am looking for the next race now.

We had a great time for the long holiday weekend.  We met up with some friends on the Oregon Coast and had a great weekend.  I have missed the PNW and loved spending more time up there.
