Fun at Donner Lake

On the way home from Reno, we made a pit stop at Donner Lake and played around for a couple hours before heading home.  The cooler temperatures and fall leaves were amazing!

Exploring the Coast

We had a great time exploring the tide pools and looking for little creatures and hiking along the coast.  I love how green everything is.  The rain and wind would come and go and we loved exploring parts of the coast.

A Weekend Hike

This past weekend the wifey was out of town on a girls weekend so I had the kiddos to myself.  We had a good time and on Saturday morning we hiked 5 miles up in Auburn.  We went pretty early, when the air was cool and the trail was not crowded yet.  We had a great hike up to the Lake Clementine and to the dam and as we were coming down the trail got crowded with lots of bikers and hikers.
