We had a great hiking day with some of the Challis crew last weekend in Tahoe. We explored a little of Tahoe City, then ended up hiking the Eagle Falls Trail. We saw a couple waterfalls and had a great hike into the lake. The views were amazing and the trail was great for the kiddos. The weather was weird though, it was only in the 50's and there was a strong cold wind as well. When we were driving back to Sacramento on Sunday night there was rain, slush and a little snow in the middle of June! Crazy weather, but we still had a great time.
