Here are all of the sections/items that I would like to achieve for the year 2013.
So, for the month of February I have chosen Physical/Fitness to be the goal. Since moving to WA, I have been slacking on my running. I can count on 1 of my hands the number of times that I have been running since the St. George Marathon. Not cool. I am a slacker. I need to start up again. I don't know if it's the colder weather, or the fact that it always seems to be dark when I could run, but I am planning on finding a race to sign up for. Maybe a half marathon. I want to start running and training for it. This will motivate me since I will have to pay for the race.
Here's to running and getting out and doing something that makes me feel good. I hope to continue this running throughout the year and look for more races to compete in.
