4th of July

This was our first 4th of July in WA and it was a fun one.  Grandma and Grandpa were still staying with us too.  We saw the Lacey fireworks show on the night before.  We had lots of candy and enjoyed the big fireworks.  The next day, we all slept in a little, ran some errands in the morning, went running, the kiddos took naps and then we headed over to Nisqually to hike around for a bit.  They have a cool boardwalk that goes around the valley there and we hiked it all.  The weather was perfect and we all had a great time.
That night be had an amazing BBQ with burgers and dogs, went for a walk and enjoyed our neighbors fireworks before heading to bed.  What a fun holiday!  Although, part of me wished I was in Provo at the Hawkins house on the hill watching the Stadium of Fire show.  Maybe next year......
