This story has everything I look for: Dressing up in animal costumes, chasing kids into the street and of course there's the pissing on a neighbor's porch. I've done each separately but never together. Ha ha!! Outstanding mugshot! Police in Middletown made a rather bizarre arrest Monday night, taking into custody a woman dressed in a cow suit who was seen acting erratically.Ms. Allen was arrested on one count of disorderly conduct for allegedly getting in the way of traffic on Wilbraham Road and chasing children in her cow suit.
She also urinated on a neighbor's front porch, police say.
According to police, Allen talked back and threatened to cause problems in the jail if she was arrested. Allen appeared in court Tuesday morning dressed in the suit. It is not clear why she was wearing the costume.

I was totally going to dress up as a black lady in a cow costume for Halloween. Ms. Allen beat me to it though. Rats!

That story is great- I am almost positive I have seen something similar to that- or something better- I am always saying "I have seen it all" but then I say "but I haven't because I see more" HA HA HA HA HA. . . I am more confused that it was a woman- hmmmmmm. . . .
